Best for preparing browser favicons, Apple touch icons, and manifest icons from one source
Input: one PNG or JPEG from 1 KiB through 10 MiB; a 1024×1024 or larger square source is recommended, not required
PNG outputs: 16, 32, 48, 64, 180, 192, 256, and 512 px
Also creates favicon.ico, an Apple touch icon, Android Chrome icons, and 192/512 px maskable icons
Includes site.webmanifest and favicon-code.html in the downloaded ZIP
Image pixels and ZIP assembly stay in the browser; configured analytics may receive MIME type, file size, interaction, timing, and error metadata
Transparent borders are trimmed; opaque borders are not, and non-square sources can be stretched
Provide your own Safari pinned-tab SVG or remove its reference from the generated HTML; use the included 32/48 px PNGs where supported, or check the ICO at those sizes because its layers are enlarged from 16 px
